About TampaNoles
The Tampa Bay Seminole Club is a non-profit organization serving more than 20,000 Florida State University Alumni and Friends living in Tampa Bay. Our mission is simple: we help current students, we engage and connect alumni in Tampa Bay, and we support all things Florida State!
Helping Students
TampaNoles has helped dozens of graduates from high schools in Hillsborough County with scholarships and grants to FSU during the past few years. We host various fundraisers throughout the year to raise funds, which we turn around and utilize to support current and prospective FSU students!
Our annual Block Party each August has become a “must-attend” event for Seminole fans in Florida and throughout the country, and with around 5,000 attendees annually it raises a pretty good chunk of money for an afternoon of socializing and partying!
During football season we host Watch Parties during FSU football games, in which we partner with local restaurants and bars to ensure a great watch party environment, and in return our venue-partners make a contribution of their proceeds to our scholarship fund. And throughout the year we partner with local businesses, who contribute to our scholarship funds too.
Engaging Alumni
We hold dozens of events throughout the year to allow local alumni and friends to connect and engage with each other and stay connected to FSU. Some of our events include:
Networking Happy Hour – Held the 1st Thursday of each month at a different restaurant in Tampa.
Give Back – for our friends who want to get involved with community service throughout Tampa Bay. Each month we partner with a different charitable organization to volunteer our time and energy. Recent Give Back partners include Tampa Bay’s Meals on Wheels and Metropolitan Ministries.
Block Party – held each August, this is our premier fundraising event that brings together almost 5,000 Seminole fans for an awesome afternoon of partying and bar hopping in Ybor City!
Watch Parties – each week during football season, we host Watch Parties at local bars and restaurants to prove an awesome atmosphere to watch FSU football! The venues we partner with agree to make contributions to our scholarship funds, so that means people who attend our Watch Parties aren’t just having a good time – they’re actively supporting scholarships to FSU!

We’re the official chapter of the Florida State University Alumni Association in Tampa Bay! TampaNoles is the best place for local alumni to stay involved with FSU.
